Lizzy loves working to help people and enjoys getting to know them on a personal basis.

Before joining StepWise Financial, Elizabeth built her professional skills in healthcare, serving as a dialysis technician and access specialties manager at Fresenius Medical Center. In these roles, she collaborated closely with care teams to coordinate patient treatment plans, honing her abilities in information security, attention to detail, and client-centered service—skills she now applies in the financial services field.

Born and raised in the Nashville area in Antioch, Tennessee, Elizabeth completed several college course credits during her high school years from John Tyler Community College (Brightpoint), and completed a year of course work at Virginia Commonwealth University in general studies and forensic science. She is currently studying for her real estate license which she hopes to use to expand her role in the financial industry.

Heavily involved in music and vocals, Lizzy was featured in the media for her participation with the Thomas Dale Specialty Center for Music. She is currently with the Voices In Peace choir at the JCC, where she is a member and board member. “We strive to promote community involvement and peace between everyone through music,” she says.

Elizabeth lives in Henrico, Virginia, with her daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys choir, music, baking, and spending time with her daughter and two sisters.
