Rhiannon Wiseman is an administrative assistant with StepWise Financial, where she supports client outreach and helps ensure client paperwork and information remain organized, accessible and up to date. Previously, she spent two years as a substitute teacher with ESS and has worked as a box office assistant with the American Shakespeare Center since 2022, where she continues to assist whenever possible.
At StepWise Financial, Rhiannon believes every client deserves to feel heard and supported. She approaches each interaction with kindness, patience and genuine care, taking the time to understand each person’s unique circumstances and needs. Her attention to detail and commitment to thoughtful service helps provide her clients with a smooth and supportive experience.
Originally from Staunton, Virginia, Rhiannon studied at Blue Ridge Community College and Virginia Commonwealth University before taking time to focus on building a healthy and financially secure future. Currently, she lives in Henrico County, Virginia, with her fiancé and rescue dog, Elowyn.
Outside of the office, she enjoys staying active in her community where she coaches Color Guard and designs marching arts shows for the Prince George County School System. She enjoys creating a supportive environment where students can build confidence, take risks and learn resilience through challenges. Additionally, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring the performing arts, playing video games and crafting
